National wound care distributor
A national medical distributor moving high order volume. We rebuilt the operating system underneath sales, fulfillment and support.
problem >
Demand was never the question. Sales, order management and customer service ran as three disconnected systems, so every new order added manual work instead of leverage. Reps re-keyed the same order details into two places, fulfillment worked from exports that were stale by the time they were opened, and support could not answer "where is my order" without calling someone. Nobody could see the whole picture in time to act on it, so growth showed up as overtime rather than margin.
what we did >
We consolidated sales, order management and service onto one CRM and made it the single source of truth. Order intake, confirmation, fulfillment hand-off and customer status updates were automated end to end, so the record updated itself as work moved. Reporting was rebuilt on live data instead of weekly exports. We documented every workflow and handed the whole system over to the team that runs it.
result >
Order processing stopped scaling with headcount. The same team absorbed several times the order volume without adding people, and revenue grew six-fold over the engagement.

The work outlasted the engagement. Because every workflow was documented and handed over, the team kept extending the system on their own, which was the point. We built the operating backbone, not a dependency.
FAQ
What does NP Ventures actually do?
We replace manual, repetitive work with systems and automation, and then we build and implement those systems end to end. Your team gets to focus on the relationship-driven work that actually grows the business, and the company scales without adding headcount for every new problem.
Do you just hand me a report, or do you actually build it?
We build it. The audit gives us the blueprint, and then we do the full implementation, standing up the systems, automations and workflows and getting them running inside your business. You are not left with a plan and a handshake. You get the finished thing.
Why do you start with an audit instead of just diving in?
Most firms sell you a solution before anyone knows what the right solution is, and we think that is backwards. The audit lets us understand how your business really runs and lets you sign off on the plan before we build anything. It is step one of the work, not the whole engagement, and it is the part of our process that protects you the most.
Do you replace my team?
No. We capture the knowledge that lives in people's heads so the business is not dependent on any one person, and we take the repetitive work off their plate by building systems that handle it instead. Your people end up doing more of what matters, not less.
I've tried this before and it didn't stick. Why is this different?
Fair question. Most of these efforts fall apart because they disappear when the vendor does. We build it, document it and hand it over, so the work lives on and your team can actually run it themselves.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Everything is month to month with no long-term commitment. You can step away whenever you want and what we have built for you stays yours. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into a year you regret.
How much does this cost?
It depends on what we find and what you actually need, so we do not throw out a number before we understand your business. What we will always do is be clear on cost before you commit to anything. No surprises and no moving targets.
Is my business the right fit?
Our clients range from owner-run businesses to fast-growing, backed companies. What they have in common is that they are growing and do not want to scale by piling on headcount. If that sounds like you, we are probably a fit. And if we are not, we will tell you.
